The Su… To read the story provider give me some money/ The Daily Mail
Apparently, there is a certain kind of person, prepared to walk into a newsagents and waste their hard earned on a news rag that deals more in fiction than fact.
Course, if you want to know the details about a paedophile teacher who has appeared in the BBC soap, Eastenders you would have to pay to do so.

Teacher’s ex-pupils complain to BBC after he appears in soap

That is to say, you would have to pay unless you are prepared to read the story on-line in the Daily Mail.
Quite strange really, that the Su… want to charge you for what you can read on-line in the Daily Mail for free, don’t cha think?
Course, no one really wants to read the Daily Mail, except me, and I only do it so as you don’t have to
and because I have a thing for Ruth Styles
Never the less, even if I didn’t read the Daily Mail I could still tell you the details of the Su… story .
You see, Rob Turner was the music teacher at King Edmunds school in Rochford, Essex. The very same school that my 17 year old daughter Stacey had attended.
Turner, like many other teachers, abused his position of trust by sexually abusing one of his pupils.
The girl in question would have been 16 years old when Turner was finally found out around 4 years ago.
Never the less, Stacey told me that she personally was never in any danger because Turner hated her … Then again, that wasn’t the first time that he showed a lack of judgement was it.
Now, I don’t know whether or not every school in England has a resident nonce teacher, or if the small Essex town of Rochford is a kind of Mecca for them, but a former Teaching Assistant at Staceys primary School, Paul Grocott, was also into children… And not in a good way.
Fortunately for Grocott, he had already left Rochford Primary when he was caught with Child Porn by Operation Ore.
The fucked up thing is, he was a right nice fella who used to come and chat to me in a morning while I was waiting for Stacey to go in for first lesson. Never once for a second did I suspect him of any paedophile type shit… And that is the scary bit.
Looking back now,his former profession as a scaffolder before becoming a teaching assistant should have been a give away. After all, construction workers were a lot better paid than teaching assistants.
Moreover, a building site and playground full of 5 – 11 year olds are at the opposite ends of the work place scale.
I once even asked him why he’d quit to become a glorified baby sitter and he answered that with his wife working, he could afford to pursue his wish to become a teacher… Seemed perfectly plausible at the time.
In my defence, I was a lot more naive back in 2003 than I am now. Never the less, with all these teachers turning out to be nonces, it must be a worry for parents just sending their kids to school these days.
Trainee teacher jailed over child porn
A trainee teacher who used research computers at Derby University to download child pornography has been jailed for three years.
Paul Grocott, 28, was told the images recovered were of “the most disgusting kind.”
Derby Crown Court heard on Friday a total of more than 1,200 indecent images were found at the university, at Grocott’s home in Upper Boundary Road, in Derby and at his mother’s address in Stoke-on-Trent.
Grocott will be placed on a sex offenders’ register for life after he pleaded guilty to 13 specimen charges of making indecent photographs of children, one of possession and one of distribution.
The court heard Grocott had been looking at child pornography sites for about six months and he had also distributed some of the material to others.
Prosecutor Jonathan Dee told the court Grocott was investigated after an IT support assistant at the university discovered child porn internet sites had been accessed.
Grocott told police he had been in contact with a person in America who was sending him pictures.
Sonal Ahya, defending, said Grocott knew he would be going to prison, but deserved credit for his previous good character and his guilty pleas at an early stage.
Miss Ahya said Grocott’s hopes of becoming a teacher had now ended.
Judge Andrew Hamilton told Grocott he had used a public facility to further his sexual desires and had been involved in child pornography of the most disgusting kind.
The judge also imposed an extended sentence of a further three years.

A sex offender teacher was spotted acting in EastEnders by his former pupils, it was claimed today.
Rob Turner, 39 – a former music teacher who admitted sexual activity with a young girl at Basildon Crown Court in Essex four years ago – said he was on the popular BBC soap for six months.
Turner was sacked from the programme after he was seen appearing with stars such as Adam Woodyatt, who plays Ian Beale, and Cheryl Fergison, who played Heather Trott, reported The Sun.
He was ordered to sign the Sex Offenders Register and given a suspended one-year jail sentence in 2009 after being charged with ten counts of sexual activity with a girl aged between 13 and 17.
Turner, who was sacked as a teacher, is still on the register and is seen by authorities once a year.

In March it was alleged EastEnders was being investigated over claims that people working on the show in the 80s and 90s had preyed on young fans, but the BBC said it was not aware of any probe.
Turner told The Sun: ‘I believe EastEnders had a complaint. They hit the panic button. Whether they knew what else was going on and had itchy fingers, I don’t know. I worked on the show over a six-month period.’
The revelations come as the fallout continues at the BBC from child sex scandals involving the corporation’s late former DJ Jimmy Savile and veteran broadcaster Stuart Hall.

An EastEnders spokesman said its supporting actors are booked through agencies that have undergone ‘an approval process with the BBC’.
She told The Sun: ‘We were not notified prior to Mr Turner’s appearance of his conviction.
‘Had we known, we would not have employed him.’
