The Spanish Train Crash: Accident?
http://nodisinfo.com/The Daily Mail
I must stress that I haven’t had time to look into this train crash properly just yet. Therefore I’m keeping an open mind on it.
The following piece is quite an interesting read though.
I have also added the official version for balance.
Proof of Zionist cover-up – Explosion occurred “before” train crash
Proof of Zionist cover-up – Explosion occurred “before” train crash
No wonder the conductor won’t talk. He has already suffered the consequences of the Zionist mob, even without saying a word. No one has witnessed him saying anything. Moreover, there is no confirmation of the actual events from his employer. All that is heard is make-believe, other than the fact that this is a real rail accident with actual deaths and injuries.
A number of locals, as witnesses, say the derailment occurred after something high significant: after they heard an explosion or in one case a loud “bang,” in another a loud noise like ‘thunder.” Those are typical statements from hearing concussive explosions, like the explosions at mines or quarries.
The eyewitness evidence remains in the Google search engine. However, it has largely been purged from the articles.

It would appear that in the majority of the articles the quote about hearing the explosion before the derailment has been purged.
There are still a few references left:

The Zionist-controlled press has done all in its power to purge any reference to the explosion. The use of crisis actors on-site cannot be ruled out, that is if the Zionists had this so well planned in advance that they knew precisely what would happened and needed extra coverage to prevent the revelation of the truth.
People were slaughtered in this act. Yet, every level of fraud, every degree of corruption and deception, must be searched for.
One such crisis actor is Rafael Catala, who was the first to spread the rumors about high speed and driver error as the cause. The name, Rafael, commonly used in the Zionist strip: is he a Sephardic Jew? Catalan and similar surnames are commonly used by Sephardic Jews. Is he running cover for the Zionists?

http://www.lamoncloa.gob.es/IDIOMAS/9/Gobierno/News/2012/20121121_RafaelCatala_Bulgaria.htm
(Catala is the man on the far right screen).

It appears that at this time the evidence leans towards sabotage, not human error. Author on the road; will update late tonight, God willing.

The driver of a Spanish train that derailed at high speed killing 79 people was provisionally charged yesterday with multiple cases of negligent homicide.
A court statement said investigative magistrate Luis Alaez released Francisco Jose Garzon Amo without bail.
The experienced driver was travelling at more than twice the 50mph limit permitted on a curve going into the city when the train careered off the track and smashed into a wall last Wednesday.

Appearance: Train driver Francisco Garzon is taken in a police car to a court in Santiago de Compostela, Spain

Questioning: Mr Garzon, who was released from hospital on Saturday but remained in police custody, arrived at Santiago de Compostela’s main courthouse at 6:15pm yesterday in a police car with darkened windows
Getting the picture: Photographers and officers run after a police car carrying Mr Garzon to testify in court
Difficult time: Relatives of the train crash victims collect the luggage that was under police custody in Santiago de Compostela, Spain
Taken away: Relatives of the victims collect some of the luggage that was under police custody in Spain
Back in action: The first Madrid-Ferrol train service since the accident passes next to the wreckage of the previous one on Saturday
Assistance: Rescue workers help Briton Mark Woodward who was injured in the train crash on Wednesday
Family: Victim Mark Woodward, who was injured in the Spanish train crash and is in a serious but stable condition in hospital, is pictured with his wife Isabella and their son Liam, five
‘I want to die’: Minutes after the crash Francisco Jose Garzon was photographed being helped from his train’s mangled remains by a medic, blood oozing onto his blue uniform from a wound on his head
Injured: Minutes after the crash, Garzon was photographed being helped from his train’s mangled remains. He is being questioned by police over his role in the crash
Mangled: Rescue workers and firefighters pick through the remains of one of the eight derailed carriages. 78 passengers died in the crash and many are seriously injured

Tragic: Ana Maria Cordoba (left), from northern Virginia, died while fellow American Myrta Fariza, from Houston, Texas, is in critical condition
Horror: Garzon was behind the controls when the Madrid to Ferrol high-speed rail link hurtled into a wall at 120mph near the city of Santiago de Compostela on Wednesday night
Unrecognisable: A crane removes one of the carriages at the scene of a train accident
The statement said Mr Garzon must appear in court once a week and is forbidden to leave Spain without permission.
Mr Garzon was not sent to jail or required to post bail because none of the parties involved felt there was a risk of him fleeing or attempting to destroy evidence, the statement said.
It said the train driver’s licence had also been withdrawn.

Mr Garzon was questioned for almost two hours at the court in Santiago de Compostela, the north-western town near where the accident occurred.
The death toll from Spain’s worst train disaster in decades rose to 79 after one injured person died yesterday. Seventy people are in hospital with injuries from the crash. Twenty two are in critical condition.
After the accident, Mr Garzon spoke with both the train system control centre and emergency dispatchers, his face covered in blood from a head wound.
Transcripts reportedly revealed Mr Garzon recognised he was going too fast. Interior Minister Jorge Fernandez said on Saturday there was sufficient evidence to charge him with reckless homicide.
Long wait: Relatives of victims involved in the crash wait for information about their loved ones
Support: King Juan Carlos of Spain and his wife, Queen Sofia of Spain are pictured visiting crash victims at a hospital in Santiago de Compostela, Spain
Mangled: A fireman sifts through the wreckage of one of the eight derailed train carriages

Francisco Jose Garzon (left), one of the drivers on the train which crashed, is reported to have posted a picture on Facebook in March last year of a train speedometer at 125mph (right)
Rescue: A fireman carries a wounded victim from the wreckage of the train crash near Santiago de Compostela

Terrifying: A horrifying video has been released of the moment the train hurtled off the tracks near the city of Santiago de Compostela

Admission: One of the drivers told railway officials by radio that he took the bend at 190 kilometres (118 miles) per hour in an urban zone with a speed limit of 80 kph, daily El Pais reported

Clearance: Rescue workers at the accident site at the entrance of Santiago de Compostela Station
Aftermath: Rail personnel clear the area and fix the track at the site of the accident

Mr Garzon, who was released from hospital on Saturday but remained in police custody, arrived at Santiago de Compostela’s main courthouse at 6:15pm yesterday in a police car with darkened windows.
Neither lawyers nor members of Mr Garzon’s family could be contacted for comment.
The judge will investigate the case and will also look at whether the train, the tracks or the security system that slows down the trains were at fault.
The Alvia train, one of three types of high speed train services that run in Spain, received a full maintenance check on the morning of the journey, the head of state train company RENFE said.
‘As far as we know the train was in perfect condition when it set off on its journey,’ Julio Gomez-Pomar told newspaper ABC, adding that security systems in place were in good shape.
Wreckage: Part of the train is carried away following the horrific crash
Twisted: The accident is the worst train accident in 30 years and television footage showed one wagon pointing upwards into the air with one of its ends twisted and disfigured
Accident: The train jumped the tracks on a bend just before arriving in the northwestern shrine city of Santiago de Compostela
Derailed: All eight carriages of the Madrid to Ferrol train came off the tracks near the city of Santiago de Compostela
Tragic: Emergency crews work to help those who were injured in the Spanish train crash which happened just outside Santiago de Compostela

Belongings: Police officers collect baggage at the scene of a train crash

Relatives of the victims of a train accident reacts outside the Cersia building for more information
Harrowing: Families wait for further information during the identification of the bodies

Difficult: Friends and family waited anxiously for news of their loved ones
Public visit: Spanish Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy (centre), Public Works Minister Ana Pastor (right), and Galician Regional President Alberto Nunez Feijoo (second left) visit the scene of a train accident in Santiago de Compostela
Declaration: The Spanish Prime Minister declared three days official mourning throughout Spain
The Alvia trains run both on traditional tracks, where drivers must heed warning systems to reduce speed, and on high-speed tracks where a more sophisticated security system will automatically slow down trains that are going too fast.
At the section of the track where the accident happened, it was up to the driver to respond to prompts to slow down.
But Mr Gomez-Pomar rejected criticism that the safety system was insufficient, saying the debate ‘does not make much sense’.
Santiago was meant to be celebrating the yearly festival of St James last Thursday, with thousands of Christian pilgrims arriving after walking the famous Camino de Santiago ancient pilgrimage trail.

Removal: A carriage is lifted at the scene of a train crash
Surveying the scene: The crash happened about an hour before sunset after the train emerged from a tunnel and derailed on the curve – sending cars flying off the tracks
Statement: State-owned train operator Renfe said in a statement that 218 passengers and an unspecified number of staff were on board at the time of the accident
Terrifying: A general view of the train crash. The incident happened as Catholic pilgrims converged on Santiago de Compostela to celebrate a festival honouring St James, the disciple of Jesus whose remains are said to rest in a shrine
Investigation: Emergency personnel work through the debris at the scene
Cause: An official inspects the train engine amongst the wreckage of a train crash
Ownership: The train, which belongs to the state-owned Renfe company, was not an AVE high speed train, but it was a relatively luxurious version that uses the same track as Spain’s fastest expresses

People living nearby rushed to the scene with bottles of water and blankets
Carnage: People look down from the rail bridge on the aftermath of a devastating train crash in north west Spain
Injured: A woman is carried from the wreckage of the train on a stretcher as emergency service workers try to rescue survivors
Emergency: Rescue workers carry victims on stretchers away for treatment. More than 70 bodies are reported to have been removed from the wreckage

Two victims with head wounds – one with his arm in a sling – are helped by a rescue worker

A man covered in dirt and blood is stretchered away
A man comforts a victim of the crash. A man who was on the train told reporters that the train started to twist, and the carriages piled up one on top of the other

Search effort: Rescue efforts were continued throughout the night following the train crash

Emergency: Injured passengers are given treatment close to the side of the track where the train derailed
Desperate effort: Emergency crews on the scene checking for survivors of the crash
A week of concerts and other cultural events were cancelled after the train crash on the eve of the Saint’s day. Today, black ribbons of mourning hung on the empty stages that had been set up.
Pilgrims, many of them fresh off the trail and carrying backpacks, crammed into a standing-room-only Mass in Santiago’s centuries-old cathedral where they remembered the victims of the accident.
At the gates, along with flowers and candles, some people left walking sticks from their journeys and others placed shells, the symbol of St James and badge of honour for the pilgrims who complete the journey.
Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy, who visited the crash site soon after the tragedy, is due to return tomorrow to Santiago, the city where he was born, for an official funeral ceremony for the victims.

sabotage seems about right , seven of the pictures have been taken down or your links are not working Chris , no idea which , but i cant view 7 at the start ?
July 29, 2013 @ 6:11 am
nope sorry not buying that guys theory! pure tinfoil hats stuff! the explosion heard was most likely the 25kv overhead line shorting out as the train jumped, this can be seen clearly above the train just before the derailment.if you have ever shorted out 25kv at over a 1000 amps you will know it sounds like a thunder clap or a shotgun sound.
July 29, 2013 @ 6:29 am
Nothing happen by accident! & if it look like an accident, that because it was meant to!
FD Roosevelt!

As with San Francisco Asiana plane crash, the Lac Megantic train derailment Quebec, now this. Abeldanger crew analyses connections between these ‘accidents’.
July 29, 2013 @ 9:15 am
if you look at the train just before it derails there is no sign of an explosion. the ‘ explosion’ was probably one of the carriages hitting the concrete embankment at great speed. driver error pure and simple..just in passing as an atheist i can’t help noticing how many tragedies happen at or near ‘ religious sites ‘ doest it make believers stop and think? no probably not.

With Sandy Hook, Boston, Woolwich and not to mention 9/11 there is enough Hoax & False flag fodder to be bringing to peoples attention.
I think it best to stick to covering out-right obvious set-ups like Sandy Hook, Boston, Woolwich, and not give articles to pure speculation where 80 people did actually die.
It’s important to stay with the bleeding obvious (no pun intended) and not speculate for the the sake of genre conspiracy. Because they will no doubt be ramping up the hoaxes and false flags over the next 2 years.
With Sandy Hook, Boston, Woolwich, there is so much, obvious, clear evidence of lies and staging, deception, that to muddy the waters with nothing but speculation does genuine research and exposure a dis-service.
Just my humble opinion*
P.s But 9/11 much like the now almost ‘urban myth’ of JFKs killing, is just so obvious, with so many researchers bringing forth so much evidence, without a doubt the ‘official story’ is now the conspiracy theory.
7/7 – the train’s floors were blown up from the outside – now THATS reason for concern. You can’t jump on every disastser and blame it on zionists. Peace.
July 29, 2013 @ 10:03 am
From what i’ve seen it looks like a authentic accident to me… I suppose there’s always the chance its some sort of genuine Spanish internal terrorist event which is why its been hushed up but if the Spanish railways are anything like the British railways then its probably poor maintenance, signal failures, or discarded shell suits and scratchcards on the track etc…
Meanwhile back in the UK i see two men are dead and a 13 year old girl is critically ill after being stabbed in Manchester, I wonder if cobra is ready to spring into action and Cameron has been called back off his holidays, i’m sure the queen is being kept informed etc…
July 29, 2013 @ 10:16 am
Would be great to have a passenger list of everyone. Vips , scientists, whistleblowers, judges, politicians, big businessmen, banksters. Or if any of theses had family that was on it? Seems weird about 1 hour after the crash that the establishment was declaring “NOT A TERRORIST EVENT”. With the fact that all new cars can have their sensors and drive systems hacked and remotely driven or crashed its not that much more to imagine the same can happen on trains planes boats even if tptb want to send a blackmail message out or get rid of certain people. Definitely something not right here.

The invention of the micro-chip has become a double-edged sword and now anything wholly controlled by computer is a potential candidate for an override. George Orwell could not have foreseen its invention but if he’d imagined some new kind of computer processing system he’d have warned about this kind of death at the hands of the elite.
July 29, 2013 @ 11:22 am
After what they have pulled off before, would you bet against this being another inside job? What would they gain out of it though, as everything they do is geared up towards more legislation? That’s why I think this was just a knob driving too fast. What is very strange is the video of the crash, how was this filmed, do they have cameras on track to film like that?
July 29, 2013 @ 11:25 am
I don’t know all the details of this awful event. The driver apparently had a reputation for being a very cautious person – so – its just a gut feeling – I’m doubting that he was negligent. If you look at the photograph of him he looks completely stunned and shocked. Was a dreadful burden he has to deal with now – one way or another I feel for him.
[By the way its interesting to note the photographs of genuine casualties have a different ‘look’ to them compared with say ‘the Boston bombing’ – maybe?].
July 29, 2013 @ 11:43 am
It’s quite simple really – http://www.reuters.com/article/2013/07/22/us-spain-rajoy-corruption-idUSBRE96L0HN20130722
The driver is a scapegoat. My heart goes out to him. I do hope the Spanish people, many of whom have been in revolution mode for quite some time now and for good reason, have the wherewithal to see through this and to get to the truth of the matter.
July 29, 2013 @ 11:58 am
The new arrival needed a sacrifice!
July 29, 2013 @ 12:34 pm
I said to my partner, when we first saw the footage of the crash…”There was an explosion behind the engine!” I thought immediately…Is this a false flag.?…but what possible reason would there be for creating a train crash and then NOT blaming it on a terrorist attack? I’m looking forward to your deeper analysis of this event, Chris.
July 29, 2013 @ 12:41 pm
Thought these trains had systems that would not allow the train to be going 190kph around a 80kph bend.
80k seem slow for a bend as train bends are very different from roads and this is a modern high speed train that has to slow to 80kph for a bend thats about 30mph, even our old intercity 125’s could get around bends much faster that that.
yes there will be a loud clap from the overhead but we can see this happening as the train derails but everyone said they heard explosion before derailment.
Andy
July 29, 2013 @ 12:46 pm
I’m with jay (3) on this one. In the picture the short is clearly visible and as he says, this will account for the loud noise.
July 29, 2013 @ 1:13 pm
Definite food for thought on this one a few questions spring to mind though
1. Camera angle filming train, it’s nigh on perfect to catch that incident if it was for a movie you couldn’t get better.
2. Will he make it to court, what “accident” will befall him, if he is the stooge, they can’t let him talk.
3. If its an explosion, compared to other False flag shit 9/11 7/7 etc this seems relatively a lot more simple to achieve.
It’s a good article there does seem to be a lot of little odd things to this. The truth will out in the AM at some point.
All the best and keep on giving shit back to them Terry
July 29, 2013 @ 1:27 pm
Certainly It is Totally Tragic and a Sad Loss of Human Life
July 29, 2013 @ 1:34 pm
I smell bullshit. TOO many accidents occuring too regulary these days, and in the age of strict safety regulations!!!!!!!!!!
One sure way of governments getting the population down, slowly but surely, as in the case of the poisoning by contaminated oil in school dinners] of those poor schoolchildren in India recently…….
BEWARE PEOPLE
July 29, 2013 @ 2:03 pm
“KC Says:- “After what they have pulled off before, would you bet against this being another inside job? ”
Thats not really the point – Without PROOF it is a THEORY. Why speculate on this accident when there is an absolute orgy of evidence exposing Sandy Hook, Boston, Woolwich and not to mention 9/11??
If these successful ‘conspiracy spokespersons’ online dedicate too much time to THEORY not backed by clear evidence the site risks becoming a disinfo arena at best.
For an offline example the equivalent would be like Alex Jones being granted (?) mainstream media interviews on the BBC and major US news networks. He knows the game – he knows what they do. Yet he went on and ranted and raved like a stereotypical nutjob as though it was his job – to make anyone concerned with those issues be associated with his ‘wild conspiracy theory ranting’ and therefore discredit the issues and those concerned with them as also being ‘nutjobs’.
There’s no way he doesn’t know the game – yet played directly, exactly right into their hand and gave them ‘conspiracy theory money-shot’ interviews which were used to tar the whole truth movement with the same brush.
I believe Chris.S alluded to this in his recent radio interview – which was excellent.
July 29, 2013 @ 3:08 pm
Richard1 says:
“as an atheist i can’t help noticing how many tragedies happen at or near ‘ religious sites ‘”
I know it’s off-topic but I’ll bite. I’d guess that most of the “religious sites” that you’re thinking of are Catholic- or other pagan-related sites. Since those religions are clearly abominations before the living God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, whose Son died on the cross, I’m not surprised to see them smited. I’m surprised it doesn’t happen more often.
When I was an atheist I would have agreed with you, but since becoming a born-again Christian I now see that point of view is missing a big part of the picture.
However, I do think that this train crash was just an accident. It will happen here in about fifty years time when the HS2 finally opens for business. High-speed trains make high-speed accidents. It stands to reason.
July 29, 2013 @ 4:03 pm
Atheist now born again? Make yer f*cking mind up. Trevor you sound like a shill.
July 29, 2013 @ 4:50 pm
these train are built with safety systems that would prevent this kind of crash, the only way to crash would be track failure or some kind of obstacle on the track, trains in the uk and all the world over go faster than 80kph round bends like that one(ie not much of one) and the system that would prevent overspeeding in corners and the driver is not in control of that and it can not be over ridden by the driver.
We all know just how easy it is to hack a car, all you need is wifi capability and an ECU(electronic control unit)(Lewis Hamilton controlled his F1 car with his Iphone) so is it the same with trains??
Train crashes should not happen(potters bar led to the gov taking back ownership of railtrack(i think).
Are Spain’s trains in private hands??
Here is a pic i found of the deepwater horizon

notice the scar of burned melted metal on the helipad away from the main inferno, underneath that scar is were all the electronic control conduits are, looks to me that it was some kind of attack, why else would that scar be there, no explosion going upwards would cause that scar so how and what could have caused such a big hole in such a big bit of metal(it is a helipad so must be strong enough to hold a good couple of tons), it is at this point you should consider that bp had massive stocks of core-exit just lying about, and guess what they used to so called clean the spill, you got it core-exit, which doe’s not clean but it disperses the oil so that it can sink to the ocean floor, so not cleaning but cleverly covering it up and destroying the gulf and it’s wild life, not to mention that core-exit is just as toxic as the oil spill.
Welcome to the world where people do what they want in the full knowledge that you can just tell the media a bunch of lies, like on 7/7 when peter power came on the bbc to announce that he was doing a training exercise not just in London but in the exact same locations as the bombs went off(statistical impossibility), then there’s the bbc telling us that building 7 had collapsed when it was still visible in the back ground and did not come down for another twenty minutes, and of course jimmy saville was not in any kind of pedo ring, yes peeps the news people lie through there fucking noses when they say accident they mean delibrate
War is peace
Freedom is slavery
Ignorance is strength
A boot stamping down on the face of humanity for eternity
sorry for the rant

Leave it alone Chris – Some things are clear false flag scenarios, I don’t believe this is. You run the risk of discrediting yourself if you dive into this. Leave it to the Spanish versions of Chris Spivey to reveal or not reveal whatever happened.
If you investigate this you are in danger of mis-interpreting evidence due to language problems.
Take it or leave it, the advice that is.

I’m in complete agreement with Mark on this. Like Chris ‘Spiv’, Jim Stone is excellent at leaving no stone unturned and digging deep down to unravel the truth. As Stone says, there was at least one very ‘high-up’ on the train. If we establish who that is, I believe we will be able to unravel this despicable terrorist act involving assassins. I too feel very sorry for the driver who could do nothing but stare in absolute horror as he approached the bend at a speed he could nothing about.
I’m sure most of you are aware that hackers will shortly be demonstrating the ease at which they are able to take over the controls of Ford and Toyota vehicles. As I am the proud owner of one of these vehicles, I am now shitting myself although I can thank my lucky stars that I am just a lowly pleb. lol
One only needs to research the recent high-speed crash involving Hastings’ Mercedes Benz which resulted in his untimely ‘death by accident’ to realise the sinister aspect of computerised systems.
This technology, whilst offering significant benefits in terms of improved safety, lowering emissions, enhancing performance and economy, they are conversely a major Achilles heel and can and are being abused.
Whether it’s planes, trains, automobiles or any other transportation technology or even something so seemingly innocent as cameras at a nuclear power plant (think Fukishima/Stuxnet), when it suits those who have ulterior motives, these weaknesses will be exploited for nefarious reasons to their fullest and then some.

andy (25) Spain has a system where Renfe operates the trains and ADIF takes care of the infrastructure. They’re state owned. I’m not sure of the braking system, though. It seems it wasn’t fully automatic. “The Alvia trains run both on traditional tracks, where drivers must heed warning systems to reduce speed, and on high-speed tracks where a more sophisticated security system will automatically slow down trains that are going too fast.At the section of the track where the accident happened, it was up to the driver to respond to prompts to slow down.”

I have only glimpsed at the comments, as I have been a bit preoccupied.
I have watched the video of the crash several times on liveleak. In my mind, there is no doubt, the train, for whatever reason, was taking a serious chance trying to get all that weight around that bend at such a speed.
The centrifugal forces must have been enormous !
Even so, the train appears to be already disconnected to me, as it comes into view
@ 3 second mark on the video. The 1st carriage seems lower than it should, and seems to be in a nose down position. Almost as if the front axle had collapsed.
I saw some of the comments with regards to the 25k discharge, and while they are seriously fucking loud. I am not sure you would hear that, above the well and truly hurtling off the tracks, by then, train.
p.s. i don’t think trev sounds like a shill, but i think richard sounds like a dick !
I think this crash deffo needs a bit more information to be released, before it can be denied, as to be genuine, or permitted, to be a “job.”

Just on my own personal thoughts; I would be quite suspicious, if you, say, happened to get another train crash – In Germany, or perhaps even here !
If it is a “set up” that is !
They may like to do the same thing again and again under slightly different circumstances. You know, like no brakes whilst approaching a terminus, and the platforms !

If this is a false-flag, and sites like NoDisinfo are saying the released footage appears to have been speeded-up to increase the train’s speed as it enters the bend, then the driver wouldn’t have been expected to survive. As he recovers he will be able to shed more light on the last few seconds before the derailment.
The Madrid train bombings some years ago were supposedly carried out by Al Queda but we can’t know that for sure, and it may be some in Spain aren’t toeing the line and are being targeted. It would be interesting to know what business interests there are held by the Sephardic Jews (descendents of biblical Judea who imigrated to Europe), and if this is an internecine conflict due to Israeli politics.

If this is anything other than a legitimate accident, it doesn’t appear to be a false flag. However further investigation will undoubtedly reveal info. I find it interesting that this and other transport incidents are popping up across Europe, given the EU decision over Israel recently.
Was there anyone ‘significant’ on the train for starters?
I find it amazing that people are posting with the suggestion that Chris thinks automatically that this is going to be fake. He’s not effin stupid ffs.
