Dereck Laud, credited on Big Brother 6 as being Margaret Thatchers speech writer has been named as a key player in a high profile Paedophile ring.
The gay Tory speech writer was the 10th person to be evicted from the Big Brother 6 house.
Ironically, With just a week to go to the final, Laud exited the house to remarkably little booing.
However according to the website aangirfan and the Magazine ‘Scallywag’, laud was nothing like the slightly grumpy, posh spoken contestant that he portrayed himself as on the hit TV show.
Scallywag allege that:
‘Laud was a sadist, who was particularly violent and without mercy in his treatment of boys’ and ‘that on regular occasions his victims would end up in casualty wards’.
In a scandal that could potentially bring down the Tory Government the aangirfan website states that:
“There have been many allegations that Hampshire County Council, through the influence of Derek Laud and his friend Julian Lewis, is a central player in a national paedophile ring supplying young boys from care systems to VIP’s…
“The Crest hotel in Wrexham and an Hotel on Hove seafront have specifically been mentioned”…
“It has been alleged that officials and councillors in a number of local authorities may be receiving payments for identifying ‘appropriate’ young people in care and introducing them to the ring”…
“Within the list of alleged collaborators with the supply of teenage boys is a Social Services Director, an Assistant Director of Children’s Social Services, two chief executives, social workers a number of child protection workers.”
Julian Lewis, a qualified Doctor, has been the MP for New Forest East since 1997. On the 6th of May 2010, he was re-elected with a majority of 11,307.
However, in light of the recent Jimmy Savile investigations and last nights Newsnight TV program (2/11/12) the following information could well speak volumes:
From May to July 2008, Dr Lewis initiated and organised the successful campaign to change the Freedom of Information Act in order that a High Court ruling, obtained by a journalist on theSunday Telegraph, that 14 MPs’ home addresses should be published, could never be repeated in respect of any other Parliamentarians. More than 250 backbenchers from all parties, as well as members of the Government and the Shadow Cabinet, supported this campaign.
In March 2009, his amendment to the Political Parties and Elections Bill was carried by a majority of 59. It removed the requirement for General Election candidates to disclose their home addresses on nomination and ballot papers, and was upheld by a majority of 72 when the Bill went through the House of Lords in July 2009.
In both Houses, Labour and Conservatives were granted Free Votes on the ‘Lewis Amendment’, and Liberal Democrats were whipped to vote against it. Source – Wikipedia.
In Febuary 2010, The Prime Minister David Cameron said of Dr Lewis:
“Julian Lewis has a formidable reputation in the field of defence and disarmament. He led the challenge to dangerous unilateralism in the Eighties, and was proved right on this crucial issue. Julian is held in very high regard by defence experts and has brought this real experience and expertise to my Front Bench team.”
Lewis who aangirfan claim the MP to be; “involved with a number of international right wing ‘covert’ groups linked with high finance, and arms dealing”, had close links with the now deceased MP Michael Colvin (pictured).
According to the BBC, the backbench Conservative MP who died in a fire at his magnificent Hampshire home in February 2000;
‘was educated at Eton and Sandhurst and became the Conservative member for Romsey, a new seat, in 1997. He held it with a healthy majority of 8,585 over the Liberal Democrats.
Up until 1997 he had been the chairman of the Commons Defence Committee. He served on the Council for Country Sports and spent eight years as vice-chairman of the British Field Sports Society’.
Colvin was also known to be associated with Laud and Ian Greer who along with Colvin were all implicated in the 1994 ‘Cash for Questions’ row.
The scandal, exposed by the Guardian newspaper told how the Notorious businessman Mohamed Al Fayed had paid the MP’s Neil Hamilton and Tim Smith to ask questions on his behalf in the House of Commons.
The row led to Hamilton losing his ‘safe’ seat to former BBC War Correspondent Martin Bell, who won by a majority of over 11,000 votes. Determined to clear his name, Hamilton took Al Fayed to court in 1999 and promptly lost the Libel action which resulted in the disgraced MP having to file for bankruptcy.
Again, according to the BBC, Colvins alleged involvement in the 1994 scandal arose when he failed to register a consultancy with a firm linked to South Africa, Strategy Network International.
The press reported it as being part of the cash-for-questions row as the firm had employed former Tory minister Neil Hamilton. But at the time Mr Colvin told the BBC: “It was not registered. It is an oversight which I regret”.
The BBC concluded its report on Colvin by saying :
‘He was also a close friend of the Prince of the Wales, and owned farms in Hampshire, woodland in Scotland and the village pub in Tangley.
In March 1998 he and his farm foreman were fined £1,000 with heavy costs for polluting a village water supply with 200,000 gallons of farm effluent’.
The celebrity lawyer and businessman Giovanni Di Stefano had this to say on his website (http://www.onlinepublishingcompany.info) in regard to Laud, Lewis and Colvin:
In the 1990’s Derek Laud had an address at East Cottage, Needs Ore Point (shown on electoral records). That is on the Estate of Lord Montague of Beuleigh who those of ‘a certain age’ will remember was convicted of molesting a boy scout back in the 1960’s.
Derek Laud, who was educated in the remedial stream at a south London comprehensive school where it has been alleged he pimped his classmates to wealthy and influential adults even while still at school, is significant. The psychopathic behaviour of Laud and Lewis that has caused significant comment from time to time may be far more dangerous than just eccentric.
It is worthy of note that people around Derek Laud who challenge him appear to suffer significant harm – or to die – with unusual frequency.
Colvin therefore, despite a fairly mundane Tory image, was aligned with some allegedly very nasty people indeed.
As a final comment, in the 1980’s and 1990’s, and some say currently, it appears that lobbyists such as Greer and Laud were supplying teenage boys to MP’s and others in politics specifically with the aim of exerting political influence.
Moreover, according to aagirfan, Colvin had been speaking to Laud just “days” if not “hours” before the MP died in the house fire. The website further claims that; “During a major scandal around the abuse of children in care in Bryn Estyn, in Clwyd, both Laud and Greer’s names were mentioned by alleged victims in connection with organised sexual abuse involving VIP’s including, allegedly, members of the UK Government”.
Five of the alleged abused children later died in a ‘suspicious’ fire in Hove, where some of the abuse was said to have taken place, according to aagirfan. A Health Visitor from Hampshire where Laud has a home and where Colvin lived is also said to have died along with the 5 children.
The website then goes on to say:
‘Recent revelations involve the corruption of evidence by senior council officials in North Wales with regard to information supplied to the Waterhouse inquiry into allegations of VIP child abuse in Clwyd. In the inquiry allegations made by a number of young people were discredited because they had made allegations against social workers who records showed had not been employed where they said during the time they were in care.
In fact, a secretary in North Wales Council had been instructed to alter the official records of dates and where and when specific youngsters were in care. It was not therefore the youngsters who were lying, but the officials. The alleged victims of VIP abuse who died in the fire in Palmeira Avenue Hove in 1991 had also linked Laud, Lewis, and Greer, to the circumstances of the abuse they said they had suffered in care”. […] “Diana Princess of Wales opposed the whole culture to which Laud aligns himself and challenged arms dealing with which Julian Lewis is closely linked. Deceased investigative journalist Simon Regan challenged both Laud and Lewis frequently and died ‘after a short illness’ soon after his final tirade against the pair’.
To back their allegations against Hampshire County Council, aagirfan point out that the Former Leader of Hampshire Council and Lord Mayor of Portsmouth, Freddie Emery Wallis was convicted in 2001 of molesting young boys. A quick check by myself revealed that the website was quite correct in this claim and that Wallis had in fact been given a 9 month prison sentence. Did he learn his lesson? These people never learn. The following is from the Portsmouth News and appeared in the paper on Tuesday 6th May 2008:
No action is to be taken against a former Lord Mayor of Portsmouth who was arrested after allegations of child abuse.
Prosecutors have decided to stop all legal proceedings against Freddie Emery-Wallis, who had been questioned in relation to allegations he indecently assaulted a girl. Following a police investigation detectives passed a file to the Crown Prosecution Service, but lawyers there decided there was not enough evidence to prosecute.
Crown Prosecution Service district chief prosecutor Tim Cole said: ‘The police referred a file to Crown prosecutors at the end of their investigation. It was reviewed in accordance with the code of Crown prosecutors.
‘After careful consideration we concluded there was insufficient evidence to have a realistic prospect of prosecution.’
The dropping of the investigation comes after 80-year-old Emery-Wallis handed himself into police at Fareham Police Station in March following an allegation believed to date back decades.
Emery-Wallis – whose full name is Frederick Alfred John Emery-Wallis – rubbed shoulders with royalty and VIPs during his political career and in his illustrious heyday he was leader of Hampshire County Council, deputy lord lieutenant of Hampshire and was made Commander of the British Empire in the Queen’s birthday honours list in 1999 after serving the public as a city and county councillor for 40 years.
But he suffered a spectacular fall from grace, being stripped of his CBE and role as deputy lord lieutenant when he was found guilty of indecently assaulting two boys and jailed for nine months in 2001. Emery-Wallis attacked the two teenage paperboys above the shop he owned in Leith Avenue, Paulsgrove, in the 1960s and 1970s.
He was cleared of a further count of indecent assault and one of attempted buggery after the jury failed to reach a verdict.
The ex-leader of Hampshire County Council and former Lord Mayor of Portsmouth started his career in 1961 when he was elected as a Tory councillor for the St Thomas ward of Portsmouth City Council.
In 1968 he became Lord Mayor and between 1969 and 1974 he was Alderman to the city council – a role second to that of Lord Mayor. In 1973 Emery-Wallis became a county councillor, graduating to leader in 1976.
It speaks volumes that the CPS decided their was insufficient evidence against the man when you take into account his previous convictions. I touch on this subject in my article ‘Why the justice system favours paedophiles’ which can be found at the following link: http://www.chrisspivey.co.uk/?p=30
The aagirfan website concludes their article by quite spectacularly turning up the heat. This is what they had to say:
“Michael Portillo (pictured), Peter Lilley, Ian Hamilton, and other Thatcherite politicians of the 1980’s were all associated with Laud and Lewis.
“All were alleged to have been guests at paedophile parties in London at which boys from care in a number of local authorities, including North Wales, Shropshire,Hampshire, Dorset, Brighton and Hove and others, were allegedly ‘ferried in’ with the co-operation of social workers to provide sexual entertainments for the guests.
“It has also been alleged that Portillo freuqently took ‘kinky holidays’ in North Africa with his friend Derek Laud.
“Portillo insists that Laud was a guest on these holidays of him and his wife, but it has been alleged that hotel records do not confirm that Portillo’s wife was there at all.
“Finally there have been specific allegations that the main aim of this ring is not to provide jollies for kinky MP’s and others, but to exert influence over them in their work by blackmail.”
Course, aagirfans claims tie in nicely with the allegations set out in my article ‘Playthings for the powerful’ . Amongst these allegations are that of Edward Heath, the former Conservative Prime Minister who its alleged abused boys from the Haut de la Garenne children’s home in Jersey. Interestingly enough, according to David Icke, Jimmy Savile was also a frequent visitor to the home http://www.davidicke.com/headlines/55533-death-of-a-showman-jimmy-saville-1926-2011.
Other allegations set out in my article; ‘Playthings for the powerful’, include one about Jimmy Savile attending sex parties at a flat in East London owned by Savile’s then colleague at the BBC, Alan ‘fluff’ Freeman. As a postscript to all this, it is interesting that aagirfan post two links from Wikipedia amongst their allegations. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Derek_Laud) and http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Talk:Michael_Colvin&oldid=14584239
